1.01 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Urad Dal

15.1 Ml(15.0 ml) Water

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Rice

20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water

1.5 Tsp(5.0 gm) Quinoa
Heat idli stand, add water into it. Grease tray with 1 tsp oil, pour batter into tray, keep tray in idli stand, cover with lid.
Cook it for 7 minutes on medium flame.
Serve hot.
