- Step 1 Cook 2.5 tbsp quinoa till soft and drain the excess water.
- Step 2 In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp ghee and add 1/2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts,1/4 tbsp chopped almonds, 2 raisins, and roast till light golden. Remove and keep aside.
- Step 3 In the same kadhai, heat 1 tsp ghee, add cooked quinoa, and roast it well.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chopped jaggery and mix it well.
- Step 5 Garnish with roasted dry fruits.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut.
- Step 7 Serve.
