  • In a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Shape a tikki and coat with 2 tsp bread crumbs

  • Shallow fry with 1 tsp oil, until it turns golden brown on all sides.
