- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed herbs.
- Step 3 Heat oil in a kadai then dip 60g chopped chicken pieces in beaten egg and coat with flour mixture.
- Step 4 Again dip into the beaten egg then coat with 3 tbsp quinoa and shallow fry in heated oil till golden brown in color.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
