- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, cooked quinoa, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato.
- Step 2 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 4 Shape it to a patty and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 5 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, place the patty and roast it until crisp and golden brown
- Step 6 Cut the burger bun in half and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun and 1 tsp tomato ketchup on the top half of the bun
- Step 7 Place a lettuce leaf over the mayonnaise and add the cooked quinoa broccolli patty
- Step 8 Top it up with 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and cover with the top bun
- Step 9 Enjoy the yummy quinoa broccoli burger with your favorite dip
