- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooked with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, kadi patta leaves and saute..
- Step 2 Add soaked quinoa and moong dal, 1/4 cup chopped broccoli, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and mix well
- Step 3 Add water for cooking and season with 1/8 tsp haldi and salt for taste
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 5 Close the lid and pressure cook until 2 whistles
- Step 6 Once ready, open the lid and garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or kadhi
