Khichdi with a twist from rice to quinoa with the addition of broccoli, making it highly nutritious and a complete meal for all age groups.
Nutrition Information per serve
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee.
Add 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta leaves and saute..
Add 3 cloves and saute.
Add cooked quinoa, 1/8th tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped broccoli and mix well.
Now add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt and a little water.
Cover and allow to cook.
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
