- Step 1 Cook 2 tbsp quinoa and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and add 1/8 cup chopped onion,1/4 tsp grated garlic,1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 cup grated broccoli and saute it well.
- Step 3 Transfer in a mixing bowl and add the cooked quinoa, 1/4 tsp salt and combine all together.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped spinach.
- Step 5 Make small round balls and flatten them.
- Step 6 Stuffed with 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and seal it.
- Step 7 Coat with 2 tbsp oats flour.
- Step 8 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan & shallow fry till golden in colour.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
