Quinoa Banana Halwa is a delicious blend of Quinoa, Banana with Coconut Poppy Seed Paste, and Jaggery in desi ghee that adds to the aroma and flavor. This delicious sweet quinoa halwa is loaded with Protein, Fiber, and Iron.

1/8 Chopped Cup(22.0 gm) Banana
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Khas Khas
4 Number(3.0 gm) Raisin
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Almond
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Cashewnut
1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1.5 Grated Tbsp(9.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/8 Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Chopped Tbsp(18.0 gm) Jaggery
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Cup(51.0 gm) Quinoa
  • In a kadhai heat 1/2 tbsp ghee add 1/2 tbsp chopped cashew,1/2 tbsp chopped almonds,4 number of raisins and roast till light golden in color.

  • Add into the 1/8th cup chopped banana, ,1/8 tsp Elaichi powder, cooked quinoa, and mix it well till combine all together.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped jaggery, coconut and poppy seed paste, mix and cook it well.

  • Serve.
