Steps
- Step 1 *For Dough*In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole Wheat Flour, 1
- Step 2 5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp Salt
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough
- Step 4 Rest the dough for 5 min
- Step 5 For FillingIn a mixing bowl add 1
- Step 6 5 tbsp Chopped Onions, 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder, 1 tbsp Grated tofu, 1/4 tsp Chopped Coriander LeavesMix all ingredients well
- Step 7 For KulchaRoll the dough and fill the stuffing
- Step 8 Seal and Fold, and flatten into a Kulcha
- Step 9 Apply water at the base of Kulcha and Place it on a Heated TawaRoast with 1 tsp GheeFor the PizzaTake the prepared kulcha in a frying pan on slow heat, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on it, put 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn and top it with 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4th tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilly flakesCover and allow to cook till cheese melts
- Step 10 Serve it hot
