Purple Cabbage Triangle Paratha Recipe

4 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Violet Cabbage (Grated)
1 Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger (Grated)
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
As Required(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp grated violet cabbage, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Knead a soft firm dough using water as required.

  • Rest the dough for 5 mins.

  • Take a small portion and roll into round shape, fold into half and another half and roll into triangle shape paratha.

  • Heat a tawa and roast the paratha from both the sides using 1 tsp ghee.

  • Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or chutney.
