In a bowl add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp grated violet cabbage, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp salt.
Knead a soft firm dough using water as required.
Rest the dough for 5 mins.
Take a small portion and roll into round shape, fold into half and another half and roll into triangle shape paratha.
Heat a tawa and roast the paratha from both the sides using 1 tsp ghee.
Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or chutney.
