- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp oats, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped pudina
- Step 2 Mix well and set aside
- Step 3 Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp urad dal, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, kadi patta and saute
- Step 4 Add blanched moong sprouts, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin and cook until soft
- Step 5 Transfer the pumpkin sprouts mixture to the Nestlé A+ Curd
- Step 6 Add 2 tsp chopped pudina and mix well.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 8 Serve
