  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup curd, 1 tbsp oats, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped pudina and mix well.

  • In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp urad dal, 1/8th tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp hing,4 curry leaves, 1 tbsp moong sprouts, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin and

  • saute well.

  • Add the pumpkin mixture, 1 tsp chopped pudina to curd mixture, and mix well.

  • Garnish with anar seeds.
