- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal and roast till brown.
- Step 2 Add 1 slit green chili, 6 curry leaves, 3 tbsp soya granules and roast all ingredients till light brown.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 4 Add 3 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 5 Mix well, cover and cook it till all water soaks up.
- Step 6 Squeeze in 2 tsp lemon juice, add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and mix well.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
