1 Chopped Cup(145.0 gm) Pumpkin
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Salt
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper
2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Heat 2 tsp butter, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 cup chopped pumpkin

  • Cover and cook till soft.

  • Blend till smooth consistency.

  • Put it back on the flame and add a little water along with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder.

  • Simmer it for 2 min

  • Serve Warm

  • Serve hot.
