Shorba is a very smooth thin spiced beverage like soup. Pumpkin, naturally sweet and creamy makes up for a nice warm bowl with minimal spices retaining the nutrition and taste of pumpkin.

1 Chopped Cup(145.0 gm) Pumpkin

100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Salt

1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper

2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
Heat 2 tsp butter, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 cup chopped pumpkin
Cover and cook till soft.
Blend till smooth consistency.
Put it back on the flame and add a little water along with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder.
Simmer it for 2 min
Serve Warm
Serve hot.
