- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp butter, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 cup chopped pumpkin.
- Step 2 Cover and cook till soft.
- Step 3 Blend till smooth consistency.
- Step 4 Put it back on the flame and add water as required along with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 5 Simmer it for 2 min.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding parsley.
- Step 7 Serve warm.
