- Step 1 In a blender, add 2 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and grind to a smooth paste. Set aside
- Step 2 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp hing, pumpkin paste and saute
- Step 3 Add a little water to adjust the consistency
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 6 Simmer for 5 minutes over low flame
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
