As Require(10.0 ml) Water
  • For dough,

  • In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Combine all ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside

  • For filling,

  • In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp saunf and mix well.

  • For kulcha,

  • Roll the dough and place the stuffing.

  • Fold and seal the dough.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Flatten the dough to make kulcha.

  • Apply water on the base of the kulcha and transfer to hot tawa

  • Roast the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee on top.

  • Roast both sides well.

  • Serve hot.
