For dough,
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8th tsp salt.
Combine all ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside
For filling,
In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp saunf and mix well.
For kulcha,
Roll the dough and place the stuffing.
Fold and seal the dough.
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Flatten the dough to make kulcha.
Apply water on the base of the kulcha and transfer to hot tawa
Roast the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee on top.
Roast both sides well.
Serve hot.
