Steps
- Step 1
For Dough
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Combine all ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside
- Step 3
For Filling
In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp saunf and mix well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5
For Kulcha
Roll the dough into a round shape and place the stuffing.
- Step 6
Fold and seal the dough.
- Step 7
Flatten the dough again to make round kulcha.
- Step 8
Apply water on the base of the kulcha and transfer to hot tawa
- Step 9
Roast the kulcha with 2 tsp ghee on top.
- Step 10
Roast both sides well.
- Step 11
Serve hot.
