For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Combine all ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside

For Filling
- Step 1 In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp saunf and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Kulcha
- Step 1 Roll the dough into a round shape and place the stuffing.
- Step 2 Fold and seal the dough.
- Step 3 Flatten the dough again to make round kulcha.
- Step 4 Apply water on the base of the kulcha and transfer to hot tawa
- Step 5 Roast the kulcha with 2 tsp ghee on top.
- Step 6 Roast both sides well.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
