- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp grated pumpkin and cook until soft
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 4 Turn off the flame and let it cool
- Step 5 Apply 1 tsp butter on 2 wheat bread slices, add the pumpkin filling and cover with another slice.
- Step 6 Cut into half and serve with chutney or ketchup
