Apply 2 tsp butter on 2 bread slices, spread 2 tbsp Grated pumpkin on bread.
Place 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum and 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper powder & 1/4th tsp salt
Cover it with another bread slice.
