1 Grated Tbsp(9.0 gm) Pumpkin
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Urad Dal
2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Red Rice
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • Add 1 tbsp Grated Orange Pumpkin to batter

  • Mix the batter well

  • Grease Idli Mold with 1/2 tsp Oil

  • Pour Batter into it

  • Cover and Steam till Cooked

  • Serve Hot
