- Step 1 In a pan add 1 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 red chilli, 5 curry leaves and let it splutter.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 2 tbsp cooked quinoa,1/4 tsp salt and saute it for a min.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 4 Turn off the flame and add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 5 Mix well and serve.
