Pumpkin, Coconut and a mix of simple spices makes it a very tasty dish. Coconut is a good source of potassium which helps in maintaining body's electrolyte and blood pressure.

In a pan add 1 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 red chilly, 5 curry leaves, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1/4th tsp salt and saute it for a min.
Turn off the flame and add the mix to 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd.
Mix well and Serve
