1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Pressure cook 1 cup of diced pumpkin.

  • In a mixing bowl, add the cooked pumpkin, and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mix well by mashing with a spoon and sprinkle a few white sesame seeds on top.
