- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup chopped potatoes, 1 tbsp diced pumpkin, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well
- Step 3 Add water and mix all ingredients
- Step 4 Cover and cook until soft.
- Step 5 Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
- Step 6 Add 1 cup kale and simmer 510 minutes.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 8 Serve warm
