Deep-fried sweetened pumpkin poori is great for winter mornings
In a bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour and 1 tbsp besan.
Now add 1 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1 tsp oil, required water and knead the dough.
Roll the poori, heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot nutritious pooris with a side of your choice.
