For Crust
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, and 2 tbsp butter, and rub with your hand till a crumbly texture forms.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required and knead into a dough. Rest it for 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Roll out dough in a round shape then place it in the pie mold and stream sides of the dough. Chill the crust and make strips from the streamed dough.

For Filling
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/2 egg,1/4 egg yolk, and whisk well.
- Step 2 Add pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/3 tsp vanilla extract,1/4 tsp cinnamon powder,1/8 tsp nutmeg powder,1/8 tsp dry ginger powder and whisk well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 4 Pour pumpkin batter into a chilled crust mold and cover it with strips. Bake at 215 degrees for 15 mins.
- Step 5 Reduce the heat to 170 degrees and bake for 35 45 mins.
- Step 6 Cook and serve.
