Pumpkin Paneer Stuffed Paratha With Ghee Recipe

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Grated Tbsp(5.0 gm) Pumpkin
1.0 Grated Tbsp(10.0 gm) Paneer
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
25.0 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
  • For Stuffing

    In a bowl add 1 tbsp Paneer,1/8 tsp salt, jeera, red chilly powder,(Nestle Twist). Mix well.

  • For Dough

    In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/8 tsp Salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Add water as required. Knead the dough.

  • Roll into a Paratha.

  • Take a pan and roast with 1 tsp ghee.

  • Serve
