A flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent made of the traditional staple wheat and stuffed with paneer make it a protein and calorie dense meal option.
In a bowl add 1 tbsp Paneer,1/8 tsp salt, jeera, red chilly powder,(Nestle Twist). Mix well.
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/8 tsp Salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Add water as required. Knead the dough.
Roll into a Paratha.
Take a pan and roast with 1 tsp ghee.
