- Step 1 In a bowl add 2.5 tbsp mashed potato,2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tbsp corn flour and mix well.
- Step 2 In another bowl and add 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs and 1/2 tsp chopped olives mix well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped spinach.
- Step 4 Take a portion of potato mix, flatten it and stuff with paneer mixture.
- Step 5 Fold and roll into round balls.
- Step 6 Coat it with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 7 Heat a pan with oil for frying.
- Step 8 Deep fry them until golden brown and crisp,
- Step 9 Serve hot and enjoy.
