- Step 1 In a blender, pour 80 ml skimmed milk, add blanched diced pumpkin, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder, a pinch of salt, and blend into a semithick smooth batter without any lumps.
- Step 2 Transfer batter to a bowl, add 1 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds.
- Step 4 Heat a nonstick pan, brush it with a little butter and pour a ladle of batter.
- Step 5 Cook till pancakes turn light brown.
- Step 6 Serve warm with your favorite fruits.
