- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup dates that has been soaked in warm water and mashed, 4 tbsp oil and whisk well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup oats flour,1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 3 tbsp grated pumpkin and 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp black raisins, and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 cup orange juice and mix & fold the batter.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated apple.
- Step 6 Preheat oven to 180degree celsius for 10 mins.
- Step 7 Pour the batter into the mould.
- Step 8 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 mins.
- Step 9 Serve
