- Step 1 In a blender, add cooked chole,1 tbsp white til, 1 tsp each of olive oil and lemon juice,1 garlic pod, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Blend everything together to a smooth texture.
- Step 3 Next, in a mixing bowl, add the prepared hummus, 2 tbsp boiled and mashed potato and 1.5 tsp of grated pumpkin.
- Step 4 Season with 1/8 tsp salt and add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and bind with 1 tbsp cornflour.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 7 Roll out the mix into a round shape.
- Step 8 In a kadhai, heat oil for frying.
- Step 9 Fry until golden brown.
- Step 10 Serve poppers hot.
