Pumpkin Halwa With Coconut Milk Recipe

1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)

1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • Heat ghee in a karahi, add the grated 1 cup grated pumpkin and cook till the water evaporates.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp ghee, add the 1 tsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tbsp chopped pistachio , 1 tbsp chopped almonds and 1/2 tbsp raisins and roast them well.

  • Add 1/2 cup coconut milk and mix it properly. Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and stir.

  • Sprinkle the 1/8th tsp cardamom powder, mix well.

  • Simmer, cover and allow it to cook.

  • Serve hot.
