- Step 1
For Pumpkin Gnocchi
In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup boiled mashed potato,2 tbsp whole wheat flour, boiled mashed pumpkin,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and knead into the dough,
- Step 2
Make gnocchi using a fork and boil water with 1/4th tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add gnocchi and cook it well.
- Step 4
For Cheese Garlic Gnocchi Pasta
In a pan heat, 1/2 tbsp olive oil then add into the 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp red chilly flakes, and saute it well.
- Step 5
Add into the water as required and mix it well. Boil it.
- Step 6
Add into the potato gnocchi 1/8th tsp salt,20 gm parmesan cheese, mix and cook it well.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1/2 tbsp Chopped Parsley and serve hot.
