1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
2 Diced Tbsp(26.0 gm) Pumpkin
20 Gm(20.0 gm) Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(0.77 gm) Parsley
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tbsp(7.0 ml) Olive Oil
2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Boiled Mashed Cup(55.0 gm) Potato
  • For Pumpkin Gnocchi

    In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup boiled mashed potato,2 tbsp whole wheat flour, boiled mashed pumpkin,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and knead into the dough,

  • Make gnocchi using a fork and boil water with 1/4th tsp oil.

  • Add gnocchi and cook it well.

  • For Cheese Garlic Gnocchi Pasta

    In a pan heat, 1/2 tbsp olive oil then add into the 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp red chilly flakes, and saute it well.

  • Add into the water as required and mix it well. Boil it.

  • Add into the potato gnocchi 1/8th tsp salt,20 gm parmesan cheese, mix and cook it well.

  • Garnish with 1/2 tbsp Chopped Parsley and serve hot.
