1 Tbsp(12.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Lemon Zest
4 Tbsp(52.0 gm) Sugar
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ginger
1/4 Diced Cup(46.0 gm) Pumpkin
  • In a pan add sugar pumpkin mixture,1 tbsp chopped ginger,1 tsp lemon zest,1 tbsp lemon juice, mix and cook it nicely.

  • Remove in a grinder and grind in a smooth paste.

  • Serve.
