0.1 Tsp(0.45 gm) Salt
In a pan add 1 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp garlic, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin and saute it.
Add 1 tsp maida and roast it.
Add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk and stir well to avoid lumps.
Add 2 tbsp grated cheese and keep stirring.
Allow it to simmer on low flame till thickens
Serve hot with breads and veggies.
