Pumpkin Fondue Recipe

Fondues is a very much loved accompaniment by kids and sneaking in grated veggies is a great way to increase the nutrients.

2 Grated Tbsp(18.0 gm) Pumpkin
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Cheese
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Maida
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Garlic Paste
0.1 Tsp(0.45 gm) Salt
  • In a pan add 1 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp garlic, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin and saute it.

  • Add 1 tsp maida and roast it.

  • Add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk and stir well to avoid lumps.

  • Add 2 tbsp grated cheese and keep stirring.

  • Allow it to simmer on low flame till thickens

  • Serve hot with breads and veggies.
