Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add boiled egg yolk, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/4 tsp mustard sauce, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and mix well.
- Step 2
Add mixture to the piping bag and take 4 boiled egg white shells and pipe mixture to the egg white shells.
- Step 3
Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped parsley.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
