Steps
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil,1/2 tsp mustard seed, 4 curry leaves, 1/8 tsp asafoetida, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well
- Step 2 Add into the boiled pumpkin, 1/4 tbsp sambhar masala, 1/4 tsp salt, mix and mash it well
- Step 3 Remove the mixture in a mixing bowl and add 2
- Step 4 5 tbsp bread crumbs, mix it well
- Step 5 Make small round cutlets and heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
- Step 6 Coat cutlet with 2 tbsp semolina and shallow fry the cutlet till golden brown in color
- Step 7 Serve hot
