1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Suji
1/8 Cup(19.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tbsp(1.0 gm) Sambar Masala
1/3 Diced Cup(123.0 gm) Pumpkin
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
4 Number(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta

In a pan heat 1 tsp oil,1/2 tsp mustard seed, 4 curry leaves, 1/8 tsp asafoetida, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
Add into the boiled pumpkin, 1/4 tbsp sambhar masala, 1/4 tsp salt, mix and mash it well.
Remove the mixture in a mixing bowl and add 2.5 tbsp bread crumbs, mix it well.
Make small round cutlets and heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
Coat cutlet with 2 tbsp semolina and shallow fry the cutlet till golden brown in color.
Serve hot.
