1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Curry Powder
3/4 Chopped Cup(109.0 gm) Pumpkin
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Cup(36.0 ml) Coconut Milk
  • In a pan add 3/4 th cup pumpkin puree, 1/4th cup coconut milk, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/10th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp curry powder, 1/8th tsp jeera and mix well.

  • Add water as desired consistency.

  • Simmer the soup on low flame, turn off the flame, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve warm.
