- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped pumpkin,1 tbsp boiled chopped potato and water as required. Boil and cook till the pumpkin softens.
- Step 3 Blend the vegetables to smooth consistency.
- Step 4 To the pureed vegetable mix, add Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8 tsp salt,1 tbsp grated cheese and simmer for 5 mins.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
