1/2 Cup(46.0 gm) Pumpkin (Diced)
1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Carrot (Diced)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Pressure cook and prepare 1/2 cup each of chopped pumpkin and carrot.

  • In a dish, add the cooked and mashed pumpkin and carrot.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp salt and mix all the ingredients well.
