1.5 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Dalia
100 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1 Chopped Tbsp(22.0 gm) Pumpkin
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a Kadai, heat 1 tsp ghee, add pureed pumpkin.

  • Roast for a min and then add cooked dalia.

  • Roast well.

  • Now, add water and stir well.

  • Then add 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix well.

  • Allow the mixture to thicken, turn off the heat.

  • Delicious Pumpkin Dalia Porridge is ready to serve hot.
