- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp jeera, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and 1/3 cup grated pumpkin
- Step 2 Cook over low flame until soft
- Step 3 Add soaked dalia, salt for taste and pour water for cooking
- Step 4 Cover and cook dalia is soft and the porridge is thick
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Let it simmer for a minute until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Step 8 Transfer to bowls and top it up with 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- Step 9 Serve warm
