Pudina Rice is very refreshing which aids in digestion and calorie dense is a perfect meal option and making it a complete dish for children.
In a heated kadhai, add 1 tsp ghee, 2 black pepper, 1 bay leaf, and 2 green elaichi.
Saute all ingredients for 2 min.
To this, add pudina puree, boiled peas, cooked rice, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp dhania powder.
Mix all ingredients well.
Tasty pudina rice is ready to serve hot with raita.
