1/4 Cup(4.0 gm) Pudina

2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Peas

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Curd

2 No.(0.18 gm) Black Pepper

2 No.(0.46 gm) Green Elaichi
ingredients
1 No.(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a heated kadhai, add 1 tsp ghee, 2 black pepper, 1 bay leaf, and 2 green elaichi.

  • Saute all ingredients for 2 min.

  • To this, add pudina puree, boiled peas, cooked rice, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp dhania powder.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Tasty pudina rice is ready to serve hot with raita.
