- Step 1
In a heated pan, add 1 tsp ghee, 2 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, 2 green elaichi and saute
- Step 2
Add pudina puree, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp boiled peas, cooked rice and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp dhania powder.
- Step 4
Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 6
Cook for 2 minutes until all flavors meld together
- Step 7
Serve hot with raita
