- Step 1
Knead 4 tbsp wheat flour with water as required into a dough.
- Step 2
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 3
Dust the dough with a little flour and roll it into a paratha.
- Step 4
Add the stuffing on the rolled paratha and seal from all sides.
- Step 5
Dust with a little flour and further roll it into a paratha.
- Step 6
Place the paratha on a tawa, apply 1.5 tsp ghee, and roast the paratha evenly.
- Step 7
Flip and cook until both sides are well roasted or turn light brown in color.
- Step 8
Serve hot with accompaniment.
