- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped green cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, chopped prawns, 1/4 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp white vinegar,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
Take 4 spring roll sheets and apply flour slurry on the sides of each sheet.
- Step 4
Add prawn mixture on each sheet and roll it tightly.
- Step 5
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Step 6
Place rolls in a single layer of basket and brush each piece with oil
- Step 7
Air fry for 810 minutes, flip them, and again brush with oil.
- Step 8
Air fry for 810 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
