1/4 Tbsp(3.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Roasted Peanuts
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Brown Sugar
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.4 ml) Oil
1/4 Cup(17.0 gm) Rice Stick Pad Thai Noodles
1 Julienne Tbsp(8.0 gm) Capsicum
5 Number(46.0 gm) Prawns
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
3/4 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add into the 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp julienne capsicum,5 number prawns and saute it well.
Add into the boiled rice pad that noodles,1/2 tbsp brown sugar,1/4th tsp soya sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion,2 tsp chopped roasted groundnuts and mix it well.
Add 1/4th tbsp lemon juice on top of the noodles and serve hot.
