- Step 1 Boil 1/4 cup rice pad Thai noodles with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp oil. Strain and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic,1/2 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp julienne capsicum,5 no. prawns and saute it well.
- Step 3 Add boiled rice pad thai noodles,1/2 tbsp brown sugar,1/4 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tbsp chopped spring onion,2 tsp roasted groundnuts and mix it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves.
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tbsp lemon juice on top of the noodles and serve hot.
