- Step 1
In a kadhai add 1/8 cup rice, water as required,1/2 sliced ginger, 4 prawns,1 tbsp chopped carrot, and cook it till the rice and prawns are done and the congee is lightly thick.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and cook it well.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
