1/8 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Brown Sugar
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/8 Tsp(0.52 gm) Rice Vinegar
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Corn Flour
1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Maida
1/3 Cup(49.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Sugar
1/3 Tsp(1.0 gm) Yeast
1/8 Egg Whole(5.0 gm) Egg
1/8 Number(3.0 gm) Egg Yolk
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • For Dough

    In a mixing bowl add 1/3rd cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tbsp sugar,1/3rd tsp yeast,1/8th number egg,1/8th number egg yolk,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, prepared flour Nestlé A+ Milk batter and knead into the dough.

  • Cover the dough with lid or cloth and rest them for 30 minutes.

  • For Prawns Stuffing

    In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil add 1/8th cup chopped onion and saute it till light brown in color.

  • Add into the 4 no.prawns,1/4th brown sugar,1 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp rice vinegar,1 tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp salt and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1 tbsp spring onion, cornflour slurry , mix and cook it well.

  • Take a kneaded dough and divide the dough in a small equal portion.

  • Add prawns stuffing in each portion and seal it.

  • Place on a baking tray and brush 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and serve.
