- Step 1
For Marination
Marinate 1/2 cup prawns with 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
For Biryani
Heat a pan with 2.5 tbsp ghee, add 2 no. green elaichi, 3 no. cloves,1/8 cup julienne onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix everything well.
- Step 4
Cook until it combines well.
- Step 5
Add marinated prawns and mix well
- Step 6
Cover and cook until tender.
- Step 7
Top it up with cooked basmati rice, saffron Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina and cashew nuts
- Step 8
Give a nestle twist by garnishing with chopped walnuts.
- Step 9
Serve hot
