Prawn Masala Recipe

1/2 Chopped Cup(78.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
2.0 Number(3.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/2 Tsp(0.88 gm) Jeera Powder
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Saunf
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1/2 tsp saunf, 1/4th tsp rai, 2 chopped garlic cloves and saute.

  • Add 1/4th cup chopped onions and saute till transluscent.

  • Add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp jeera powder and mix well.

  • Now add 40 gm prawns, the prepared tomato puree, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Mix.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt and water as required.

  • Allow it to cook completely.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Cook well till water evaporates and prawns become slightly dry.

  • Serve hot.
