- Step 1
In a bowl, add 4 prawns,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix.
- Step 2
Now add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp besan, 1 tsp corn flour, 1/4
- Step 3
tsp crushed ajwain, mix and marinate it.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 5
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil.
- Step 6
Transfer the marinated prawns in the oil and fry from both sides until cooked completely.
- Step 7
Serve crispy hot prawns.
