Potato Spinach Gravy Recipe

Aloo palak is a simple and healthy combination of green leafy vegetable spinach and everyone's favorite aloo (potato). Quick and easy receipe is also very nutritious

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder

  • Prepreparation

    Blanch and make puree from 1 cup chopped palak

  • Preparation

    In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp hing, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it well

  • Add 1 clove, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and mix it well

  • Add 1/4th cup diced boiled potato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, mix it well

  • Add palak puree and coo it till done.

  • Mix it well
