Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 clove, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and cook for a minute
- Step 3
Add 1/4 cup diced boiled potato and season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/4 tsp salt
- Step 4
Add palak puree and cook over low flame until all spices combine well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6
Serve hot
