In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, sago powder, 1/8 tsp red chilly flakes, 1/10 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and knead into the dough.
Divide the dough into the small equal portion.
Place plastic sheet and apply 1/4 tsp oil on it.
Place a small portion of dough and roll out with a rolling pin.
Spread them under the fan air or sunlight and dry them.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the papad till golden in color.
Serve.
