Aloo Sabudana Papad Recipe

Potato Sago Papad is a tasty, crispy papad recipe and is served with any meal as accompaniment.

2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Diced Cup(55.0 gm) Potato
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
0.1 Powder Tsp(0.3 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.19 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Sabudana
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, sago powder, 1/8 tsp red chilly flakes, 1/10 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and knead into the dough.

  • Divide the dough into the small equal portion.

  • Place plastic sheet and apply 1/4 tsp oil on it.

  • Place a small portion of dough and roll out with a rolling pin.

  • Spread them under the fan air or sunlight and dry them.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the papad till golden in color.

  • Serve.
