- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup grated potato, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1 tsp oil and mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4 tsp salt and mix.
- Step 3 Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, and spread the potato mixture.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 5 Roast it from one side until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 6 Flip and roast on the other side.
- Step 7 Serve hot
