  • In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp each of rai and jeera and let it crackle.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, a little water, 1 tbsp chopped potato and mix.

  • Add 1/4th tsp each of salt and haldi, mix well.

  • Cover kadhai with a lid and let it cook until the potatoes turn soft.

  • Uncover the lid and saute.

  • Next, add soaked and drained poha, roasted peanuts and 1 tsp lemon juice.

  • Mix all the ingredients well, and serve hot.
